I’ve been working in the same place for almost ten years now. I keep staying because I like the people I work with. The place is not perfect, but the relationship with my co-workers is what counts. There is harmony, but most importantly, there is trust.

I don’t care if Cindy is grumpy and Mindy is sometimes in a bad mood. I know I can trust them when I need them; they will not let me down, and we work together and help each other. And if anything goes wrong between people, fixing up and healing is always a shot away. We had many years in this harmonious environment, which is rare, but things were about to change. I began to suspect something was wrong because the signs just kept coming. A vibe of overstepping the boundaries. Of being disrespectful to the ones who were there for years before her. A little dab here and a little dab there as pieces of the puzzle

Before long, she crossed the red light. Hey, we need to talk. But the talk went really bad. And there is a rule of respect…
